Hollywood, California - Now the truth comes out about Zac Efron's trip to the emergency room at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center a day after his emergency surgery. It was not, as first reported in the media, to have Efron's appendix removed. That was just the cover story put out by the famous lovebirds publicists to hide the real reason for the visit. The real reason for his visit was to have an emergency vasectomy.
"It appears that Vanessa wanted a little insurance before she starts filming "High School Musical 3" with Zac," said a nurse who attended to Efron at the hospital. "Apparently, she is more than a little concerned that Zac gets a little too frisky during the scenes."
A close friend confirms Vanessa's concern about getting pregnant, especially in light of the news these past few weeks.
"She just doesn't want end up like Jamie Lynn Spears," said a close friend of Hudgens.
It is rumored that Disney studios also shared Hudgens concerns and put a bonus in Efron's contract if he did not get Hudgens pregnant before the conclusion of the filming of "High School Musical 3," although no one at Disney would confirm it.
Although hospital officials are reluctant to release any information on Efron's current condition especially in light of the Britney and Dr. Phil blowout, officially the word is that Efron's vasectomy went off without a hitch and he is on his way to a full recovery.
However, a nurse in attendance begs to differ.
"It was touch and go there for a while," said the nurse who asked not to be identified. "While in surgery, Zac unexpectedly woke up, moaning out Vanessa's name. You know like he was making out with her and well he started getting excited. If you know what I mean."
Waking up during surgery is not that of an uncommon occurrence, say medical practitioners. Nor apparently is having it accompanied with a full-blown erection, especially in young healthy males.
"I could see her reason for concern about getting pregnant," said the nurse. "If I had a boyfriend as healthy as Zac, I'd be worried too. It was like the Frankenstein monster. I mean he must to be pretty infatuated with her to come out of drug induced comma like thinking about her to the point that his… well you know what I mean. It was sticking up in the air right there on the operating table. It nearly gave the surgeon a heart attack."
Reportedly, the surgeon ordered the nurse to pack it with ice to bring down the swelling.
After the surgery, the nurse gave Hudgens the name of a good chiropractic doctor.
"Believe me she's going to need one," said the nurse. "And soon too, if things keep up like that. My advise to her was that she keep as limber as possible. She'll thank me one day."
The nurse also told Hudgens not to fear pregnancy, but to embrace it
"Judging from that boys stamina, I told her that will be the only time she'll get time off for good behavior," said the nurse. "That why I married my husband. He's not so strong, and I get a good night rest most of the time. All except for the one night out of the month and only for a minute and then he's on his back again, fast asleep."
